About Me

        Hello! My name is Grace Gilmore. I am from western Pennsylvania. In my pastime I enjoy hanging out with friends, playing lacrosse, reading, listening to music, and watching movies, hockey, and F1. Oh and I love going to the beach and traveling. Currently I am a freshman here at UT, and I am majoring in Film and Media Arts. One day I hope to be a successful videographer or video editor or cinematographer. 

        In high school I was very unsure of what I wanted to do. I bounced back and forth between multiple different career choices before taking a video production class my junior year. I quickly fell in love with it, and I continued to explore my interests in that field. I ended up making many projects in high school, including working on our school news channel. I am most looking forward to furthering my knowledge in visual arts and digital media, and I can not wait to start making projects in class. I am optimistic that Digital Media, along with my other classes, will not only give me valuable skills for my future, but will also increase my interest in this field.
